Terms of Service

The terms for using this website, booking with Wellness Corner NJ, joining our free sessions, and getting text messages from us.

1. Agreement

This website is run by Wellness Corner NJ, LLC (“Wellness Corner NJ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using it, filling out a form, booking an appointment, or opting in to messages, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

2. Education, not medical advice

Everything on this website, in our emails, and in our free sessions is for education only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace care from your own clinician. Don’t stop or change any medication without talking to the clinician who prescribed it.

In an emergency, call 911. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988.

Using this website, filling out a form, or attending a free session does not make you a patient. A clinician-patient relationship starts only after you book a visit, complete your intake and consent forms, and are seen by Dr. Jeanty.

3. Appointments, payment, and cancellations

  • Appointments are booked and paid through our patient portal, Practice Better.
  • We’re a private-pay practice and don’t bill insurance. Lab testing is billed separately.
  • The Root Cause Intensive is $497. A $100 deposit reserves your spot.
  • Your deposit is refundable, minus the 3.5% card processing fee, except for no-shows and same-day cancellations.
  • To reschedule, call us at least 24 hours before your visit.
  • Please complete your intake and consent forms at least 48 hours before your visit. If they aren’t done 24 hours before, we’ll need to reschedule you.
  • Prices can change. The price shown when you book is the price you pay.

4. Free Health Strategy Sessions

Our free live sessions are group education. Dr. Jeanty can’t give individual medical advice during a session. Please don’t share personal health details in the chat. We may change the date or time of a session, or cancel it, and we’ll let registered guests know.

5. Text message (SMS) terms

Program. Wellness Corner NJ, LLC sends text messages to people who opt in. Messages may include event reminders for a Health Strategy Session you registered for, appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies to questions you sent us.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking an optional, unchecked consent box on one of our forms. Consent is not a condition of registering, booking, or buying anything.

Frequency. Message frequency varies. Event reminders are up to 3 per session.

Cost. Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve opted out, and no more after that. To opt back in, reply START or check the consent box again.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or call 973-957-0871 or email [email protected].

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Please don’t text us medical details. Text messages are not a secure way to share health information.

6. Email

If you give us your email address, we may send you appointment information, session reminders, and emails about our services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

7. Reviews and results

Reviews on this website are from real patients and may be shortened for length. Every person is different. Individual results vary, and no outcome or timeline is guaranteed.

8. Our content

The text, photos, logos, and videos on this website belong to Wellness Corner NJ, LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy, change, or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Other websites

This website links to other services, such as Practice Better for booking and our social media pages. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we’re not responsible for their content.

10. Limits of liability

We provide this website “as is” and don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Wellness Corner NJ, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from your use of this website.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Using the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
